Lamberts introduces A-Z Multi, a multivitamin and mineral complex combining in a single tablet everything that usualy daily diet is unable to provide in just one day.

Vitamins are nutritional compounds found in food and are essential for the body to complete many essential functions for both health and life.

There are two types of vitamins: fat soluble (soluble in fatty media) that the body can store for a while, and water soluble (water soluble) which are normally not stored by the body and therefore they must be consumed daily to provide the amount that our body needs.
